INSIGHT: Why This Is The Best Time To Join QNET

In my prospecting en-devours  I meet people who really ask me "WHY?" Why is this the best time to join with QNET and not any other direct selling company? Let alone investing in starting a business in these tough economic times? The answer to these questions vary from prospect to prospect so today I hope to provide you with a breakdown of my two best reasons to these questions.

Reason 1: Best Products On The Market

Ever since QNET started back in 1998, they have en-devoured to provide their customers with high quality lifestyle and wellness products. While most other companies in this industry specialize in one field, for example, only providing their customers with either wellness, resort, beauty, home care and the like, QNET provides their customers with ALL the products under one "roof". Joining multiple direct selling companies to buy products would be a waste of your hard earned resources. Granted, some of these companies provide good products, but I for one believe that QNET products rival even them. In addition to providing the best products, you gain an added advantage as far as having to purchase more products is concerned.

I received a comment from an Anonymous Egyptian reader on one of my other posts that I would like to share with everyone because I believe he/she raised some interesting points. You may share his/her point of view. I would like to apologize in advance. This will be one of the longest posts I have ever made but I thank you for reading it all the way through. As always, if you have any feedback on what you are about to read here today, please leave a comment below. It would be great if you could leave your actual name too. To be frank with you, I am tired of people hiding behind the "Anonymous" label when they leave a comment that doesn't agree with my point of view.

Ok. Here's the thing. And I hope you have an open heart to accept what I'm about to say I am Egyptian  we have an Old saying that says "what goes on a rat goes on the Lion, in an animal kingdom..of course." Now I do not have to prove that their stuff are way over priced on all their qualifying product range. But I have found my reasons for both - their crappy watch Brand, and their Swiss eLearning courses that they claim its doing humanity a great favor. 

But before I give my reasons, let me remind you that my above post has nothing against the actual product or its features - I clearly stated that they are products that do work so its not surprising that their famous bio-disc does miracles, as a matter of fact I have close friends who did experience VERY good results. But is the question here "is their products a fraud?"

Nope. Again - its the ridiculous rates they are being offered at. I am a watches collector - I love watches and I think I am eligible to know a good watch from a crappy watch. 

INSIGHT: Are You In A Comfort Zone?

So, you just got out of school, landed a high or average paying job, the salary isn't so bad. You move out of your parent’s house and begin renting an apartment. You now have a TV and all the goodies you ever wanted. Then comes the car and soon the wife/husband. A kid or two follow and with that you start planning for costs such as college fees, family utility bills, etc. You soon realize that your job isn't paying well enough to cater to your every want and need. Life begins to drag as you leave home, go to work and pray that the salary comes in time so you can pay all the bills, stock up on food and hopefully have enough money left to save for the future.

Question: Does this sound familiar?

Sadly 80% of all people find themselves in this scenario sometime later in life. Of those, 20% actually do something about it and start up a small business of their own and of these 20%, 10% of the businesses fail. It’s a grim reality that awaits us all and only the smartest and strongest survive to tell the tale.

INSIGHT: The Power Of Technology In Business.

This year has truly seen me through a journey of "business exploration" so to speak! I am sometimes asked by my prospects what tools, if any, I have used to expand my business and if they too really need to use them if they do join the business. Today I would like to share some of the tools I have used that have helped me not only grow as an entrepreneur but also helped in by business day to day affairs.

One such tool that I have come to rely on is the QNET lifesite. I was watching a training video by Donna Imson yesterday and she mentioned that there is a trap people find themselves in when they do the QNET business part-time. This got me thinking about the way I market the QNET opportunity to my working class prospects. You see, I usually market that this business opportunity can be done part-time or full-time, stating that it depends on the prospect and what they want for their lives. It's all part of a sales pitch to entice the prospect into buying into the concept. Today I would like to share my insights and provide a tip to anyone already in the business or thinking of joining QNET and wish to do it part-time.

Everyone loves a great deal. Once word gets out that you're offering an opportunity with great benefits at a low investment cost, you'll soon find yourself with more prospects than you can handle! It's not a bad place to be in this industry, but eventually you realize that you're working many more hours than before, especially if you don't have a team of your own! What was once a fun part-time hobby suddenly turns into a wildfire of a business! GREAT, RIGHT?! If so, why then won't you decide to do the business full-time and give up your day job?

Some say it's because they could never give up the great benefits they already receive from their jobs. Others say it's because the amount they would make working part time would never be able to support them full time. Some say it's because running a small business is too risky. Well, whatever the reason for not doing part time work is, you're right. This begs the question of which option is better, doing your business part-time or full-time?

INSIGHT: Bitter Truth Of Life After Graduation

It wasn't long ago that earning a bachelor's degree virtually guaranteed solid job opportunities for graduates to launch careers in their chosen professions. It's a different era now, and college graduates no longer can expect to transition quickly from campus to the working world. Half of college graduates in the class of 2012 around the globe are either jobless or underemployed. Nowadays graduates are told to consider applying their education to different jobs and not think that there is a guaranteed straight line to their dream job after graduation.

Like they say; Graduate is a fancy word for unemployed.

The graduates of 2012, all half a million of them just in the UK alone, will leave university and move into arguably the most competitive jobs market ever. Saddled with debt, many of their qualifications undervalued and in a time of austerity, it really is a bleak reality. The last half-decade has not been good to graduates. Only a half of those who graduated since 2006 are now employed full time, according to a Rutgers University survey.

INSIGHT: Open Your Eyes To The State Of Global Economy

I was recently in a discussion with a friend who did not see the merits behind joining the direct selling industry even in these economic times. I was left wondering if there were people out there oblivious to the fact that times are tough. Countries, businesses, people...we are all still feeling the effects of the recession that started back in December of 2007. Though some claim that the recession is over the reality is that it set in motion a great domino effect that shows no signs of slowing down. Even people with jobs are affected. Nearly a fifth of employed Canadians are working poor, earning less than $17,000 a year, reflecting a shift in the economy towards lower-paying services jobs.

Inflation, for instance, has been on a steady rise in several countries while the average earnings of most people around the world remain depressed and has seen prices going up for even the most basic of needs. When the general price level rises, each unit of currency buys fewer goods and services which also reflects an erosion in the purchasing power of money, a loss of real value in the internal medium of exchange and unit of account in the economy.

In an article written last October in the NY Times, it was reported that global prices for meats, dairy products and cereals had resumed rising. Food prices are rising in 2012 because of high gas prices, which themselves are caused by high oil prices. Like I said in the introduction, a great domino effect. DEFRA, the UK government department responsible for policy and regulations on the environment, food and rural affairs, said that in the last five years food prices in the UK have increased “considerably more” than in the rest of the European Union. INSIGHT: My Favourite QNET Products

INSIGHT: V-Con 2012 Takeaway

The month of September saw many changes in QNET, most of which happened during "the week that was V-Con"(as I like to call it!), QNET's annual training event that took place in Indonesia. Like some, I was unable to attend this years event, but due to advances in social media, I like many others was able to keep up to date with the proceedings.

Like I stated in my early post, the V-Con is  the flagship event of The V. It a gathering of top-notch industry trainers coupled with QNET's own Independent Representatives to share experiences and learn from one another. Most people think that their drinking water is healthy and safe. Unfortunately, your drinking water may not be as healthful as you would think. Most surface water (rivers, lakes, streams, reservoirs) contains some types of micro-organisms (protozoa, bacteria, viruses) and/or pollutants (chemicals, foul odours, sewage, spilt fuel). Micro-organisms are living microscopic cells that, when consumed, can cause diseases. Some micro-organisms can even cause death for those with weak immune systems (children, elderly, sick).

It is not uncommon though to read negative reviews about these products, but they are usually written by people who lack a clear understanding of how the products work, and the tendency of the reviewer to expect more from the product than what it was created for.

I constantly approach prospects to share my product and business opportunity and show them how I can add provide value to their lives. Usually I manage to get most of them interested to make a purchase, but they usually cringe at the mention of the price. I see them weigh their options in their heads of whether to make a purchase or not. As you can imagine, during this time I am very unsettled by the fact that I may lose out on a sale and on some occasions the prospect too.

It seems that many people equate the price of the product to be equal to it's value. 

The dictionary defines Price as “The amount of money or goods, asked for or given in exchange for something else.” Price is a very simple mathematical concept. A price can be written on a tag or published in a catalog. We all know what a dollar bill looks like and we all understand its relative worth.

Value is defined as “The desirability of something, often in terms of usefulness or exchange-ability; an amount of money considered to be a fair exchange for something; something worth the money it costs.” Clearly this definition is more complicated than the definition of price. Value can only be determined in context. A dollar is always a dollar; items that are priced at a dollar may or may not be of value. The definition of value contains words like “fair” and “worth.” Value means that the buyer gets as much or more in return from the seller as they give up.

The relationship between price and value is usually expressed as “cost.” The final cost is the value of the item less the price. Every purchase involves a value calculation. Prospects usually measure the risk of making a purchase against the potential reward. The greater the risk, i.e. the greater the required outlay of cash, the more effort they will put into the decision making process. Their perception of value is directly related to how much they know about the product they plan to purchase.

INSIGHT: Let QNET Lead You To Financial Freedom

I do not know about you but for the longest time, I was chasing money but my reasons wheren't really clear to me. Not until I heard the definition of financial freedom.

Others see financial freedom as having enough money to retire for the rest of their lives. No daily commute, demanding boss, or deadlines to face. Being able to sleep as late as they want or stay up as long as they want and the ability to pursue their interests and hobbies. Therefore, they see financial freedom as not having to work.

There are also those who view financial freedom as having an extra income, adding to their present income to boost their financial status. They search daily for low risk, high return investments hoping to fall into a fantastic deal that will put them into a higher financial bracket. They define financial freedom as having an additional income.

"Financial freedom happens when your wants and your needs are exceeded by your passive income."

QNET: Get A Job Or Start A Business

It is usually the case that when people are presented with an opportunity, the first "fight or flight" response to that opportunity is usually flight! I recently had the opportunity to introduce QNET to a close friend and their response is the basis of this post. "Am broke and I need a job because the bills are piling up and I can save and buy one of your products". In this business there are two kinds of "no money" objections:

The REAL no money objection: People really have no money to invest in starting a business because it is relatively an expansive high cost opportunity.

The PSEUDO no money objection: People don’t trust you enough to invest a big amount of money so instead of saying to you they don’t trust you enough , they just say they have no money.

My friend falls under the first category and by the end of this post, I hope I will have opened up yours and their minds to the bigger picture. If you are like my friend and you have no job, bills are stacking up by the day, cannot survive because the living standard seems to be getting too high, then this post is for you too.

While I think that having a job is something that should generally be avoided if at all possible, I want to offer some balance on this post and acknowledge that it’s sometimes a necessary evil, and indeed is sometimes preferred. Here are some reasons why having a job may be good for you;

Guaranteed income. When you start a job, you just show up, and as long as you avoid getting fired by doing work, you get paid. There are no if's, and's, or but's about it!

Simplicity. There’s always a learning curve when you start a new job and it might take a few months to fully get up to speed. But once you’re there, you can just put yourself on cruise control.

QNET: A Pyramid Scheme Or Not?

With the recent introduction of the new QNET Infinite compensation plan, I have had to add on to my previous post "Is QNET A Pyramid Scheme Or Not" mainly because there have been some major changes, however much of the data remains the same. QNET now utilizes a unilevel and binary compensation plan, which may look like a pyramid at first glance, but the similarity ends there. Allow me to explain.

As you may know, a binary plan is a compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. The people joining such a compensation plan join to market a legitimate product or service, which they bought and own, to their friends, family and the world. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors as is normally the case, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributors front-line. The primary limitation is that distributors must ‘balance’ their two down-line legs to receive commissions as illustrated below.

QNET has countered this limitation by adopting a uni-level plan. A Unilevel plan only enables a sponsor one line of distributors, therefore everyone you sponsor is on your frontline. There are no width limitations to this plan (ie there is no limit to the amount of people you can sponsor in your frontline) and it's primary limitation is that commissions are normally paid out on a limited depth and in the case of QNET, the limit depth is 3 levels ie: your direct referrals, their referrals and their referral's referrals.

Pyramid schemes however are programs similar to chain letters where people invest money based on the promise that other people will put in money that will filtrate back to them and somehow they will get rich. A pyramid scheme is strictly a money game and has no basis in real commerce. Modern day pyramids may have a product, but such products are not worth the money being paid. Normally, there’s no product involved, just money changing hands.

It may be important to note that almost all businesses and institutions out there today employ some kind of pyramid structure based model as seen below.

INSIGHT: QNET Is Not A Lottery!

One thing I have noticed with many people that I have spoken to is that they seem to be looking for that winning lottery ticket. They have no concept of what it really takes to become successful in network marketing. I have had to tell some prospects not to even think about joining my business because they were not ready and would ultimately fail! A network marketing business is a long term business and just like any business it takes time! And I have no time for the whiners and complainers! People like these will only bring any business down.

Some people join QNET with the perception that they are going to get rich by pushing a button!

They think they will be successful within their first few weeks and even more hilarious they think they will talk to 10 people or even less and hit it big.  Sometimes it is not their fault that they think like this! That is why it is super important that a sponsor such as myself does not make false promises to get them to join.

As a sponsor it is my job to inform my new recruits that they are going to have to work their business like it’s going out of style. It is so important that I get my prospects to see the same vision as i or their own unique vision. It’s important for me to find out their WHY in their business and if they are joining to have a hobby or if they want to earn serious money. Once I find this out then I need to ask them how far they would like for me to push them.

I do not know how many times I have been absolutely blown away by people in my business  I thought wouldn't make it that turned out to be ROCK STARS! It’s almost like the one’s you think are going to do it, never do and the one’s you think won’t, always do! You may even notice this trend as you continue through your growth in your business. Look at me for example I was probably the worst recruit ever!

I told my sponsor as soon as I joined QNET not to expect me to sell anything!

QNET Infinite: Step Commission Explained

QNET recently introduced eight different ways to earn commissions and if you heard of QNET from a friend or stranger, then it is likely that you have been briefed on what the step commission is. If however you have never heard of it or you just require some clarification, this post is meant to give you a summary of some of the key features the new enhanced plan has to offer. Okay, let us get started.

QNET's step commission utilises a balanced binary plan. A binary plan, if you do not know, is a compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributors front-line.

Distributors must ‘balance’ their two down-line legs to receive commissions, and in QNET's case, distributors are required to have a minimum of 500 BV's on either side of their down-line legs in order to recieve commissions.

Commission payout is no longer based on the accumulation of commissionable unit volumes (CUV's), but rather the accumulation of business volumes (BV's). Each product offered by QNET now has a unique business volume. To recieve weekly commissions, distributors and their teams are required to accumulate a minimum of 3,000 BV's, and depending on rank may recieve USD 200 to USD 300 per week.

NOTE: IR's must be qualified and activated in order to start earning step commissions.

QNET Infinite: Repeat Purchase Plan Explained

The official introduction of the QNET Infinite on 14TH April 2012 has led to a rise of new questions from prospects and IR's such as myself. I have taken it upon myself to clear up the cobwebs lingering in my head thanks in part to the new QInfinite Learning Club and my upline's assistance. I hope that by the end of this post, some of your own questions will have been answered.

When I joined QNET four yeas ago, the unique feature about the business at the time was it's concept of one time purshase. You only had to purchase one unique product from QNET's vast catalogue to become a member. This was, at the time, far different from other direct selling companies that required you to purchase consumable products on a monthly basis. This was great because it meant that you only had to invest once and focus on building your business. Any other purchases made would activate your other tracking centers or even award you more tracking centers.

NOTE: Think of tracking centres as office brunches. Each branch generates its own Business Volumes and gets paid a comission. So the more "branches" you have, the bigger the overall commission payout.

Am glad to say that this concept has not changed. You can still make one time purchases if you so desire. The introduction of the QInfinite Repeat Purchasing Plan caters to those of you out there who plan on making the same purchase of certain products every month. How To Join QNET As A Retail Customer First: PART 2

In part 1 of this post I showed how easy it is to make a purchase in QNET as a retail customer. A retail customer is someone who is only interested in owning a product. They may not be interested in running their own business. This post shows how that retail customer can join the business when it feels right for them. For the purpose for clarity, I'll assume that you are that retailer.

After several months of using your product you will get the urge to talk about it to your friends and acquiescence.  It is inevitable, after all its only human nature to refer others to products we enjoy using. Remember, QNET offers you the opportunity to get compensation for this basic human act, so think about registering into the business first to earn your compensation if your friends do wish to buy their own product. Just head on over to the official QNET website and register  as an IR today.

You will not need to purchase a product, unless you want to, as you already own one. You will need to register and that costs US$ 30. You take almost the same process as before. Head on over to my website, select your country of residence, confirm the referrer, fill in your personal details and shipping address, confirm your IR's No., their Tracking Center Extension No. and placement details. How To Join QNET As A Retail Customer First: PART 1

"I would like to try out the Bio Disc 2 for myself first before i join you in your referral business. Is that possible?" I was recently approached with this question and i realized that while most QNET IR's promote joining the business first before purchasing a product, it is possible to buy the product first, and then later join the business if you so wish.

Most IR's, such as myself, are trained by their uplines upon signing up to sell the idea of owning a business together with owning a product. It does make the duplication process easier down the line but it's not the only way to join QNET. In this two part post, I will show you, step by step, how a retail customer can later join the business after owning the product.

QNET Infinite: 8 Ways To Earn Commissions

Have you ever asked "How do I earn commissions from QNET anyway?" Well as of 03 March 2012, all existing IR's where promoted over to the enhanced compensation plan at the QNET Gold Star Rank, offering IR's such as myself the potential to earn up to USD$ 37,500 @ week! However if you are new to QNET, you start at the Bronze Star Rank.

There are now eight ways to earn and up to 50% of the sales are paid out in commissions, a much higher maximum payout than before. There are also travel incentives and year-round rewards in store. Let us look more closely at the eight ways to earn commissions that are available today.

Retail Profit: Selling QNET products directly to retail customers earns you a retail profit. A retail customer purchases a product from QNET but opts not to join the business. Retail profit is the difference between the customer's retail price and the discounted Independent Representative (IR) price.

Repeat Sales Points (RSP): From every sale of repeat products to retail customers or direct referrals you now earn the designated points which can be converted into either cash or business volume (BV). RSP's are automatically computed and can be easily managed in the virtual office offered by QNET to all IR's.

Early Payout: This payout applies only to the first cycle and step and is paid according to the commission schedule. one commission cycle includes six step Commissions, worth a total of US$ 1,250 plus 10EP (eVoucher Points). It's important to note that there are no limits to the number of commission cycles you can complete.

First Purchase Profit: As a referrer you will receive the first purchase profit from the qualifying retail sale/purchase made by your new personally sponsored IR. The first purchase profit is the difference between the price of a new IR's first purchase (made at retail price) and the IR discounted price.
